Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Twin Doves Golf Club's services ("the Club"), you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree to any term, please do not use our services.

2. Membership

Membership at Twin Doves Golf Club entails the following rights and obligations:

·Members must comply with the course rules and conduct themselves in the spirit of sportsmanship
·Membership fees must be paid on time in accordance with the signed agreement
·Membership cards may not be transferred to others for use
·The Club reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership in case of rule violations

3. Tee-Time Booking & Cancellation

Rules regarding tee-time booking and cancellation:

·Tee-times must be booked at least 24 hours before play
·Cancellations require at least 12 hours' notice to avoid a penalty fee
·No-shows (failing to arrive without cancelling) will be charged according to current regulations
·The Club reserves the right to adjust tee-time schedules in cases of force majeure (weather, course maintenance)

4. On-Course Conduct

All members and guest golfers must comply with:

·The Rules of Golf as prescribed by R&A and USGA
·Dress code consistent with Club standards (golf attire)
·Respect for pace of play and yielding the course when necessary
·Protection and care of the Club's facilities
·No use of mobile phones in the playing area

5. Limitation of Liability

Twin Doves Golf Club shall not be liable for any personal injury, property damage or losses arising in the course of using our services, except as required by Vietnamese law. Members and guest golfers are personally responsible for their own safety while engaging in golf activities.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website and publications of Twin Doves Golf Club, including logos, images, text and design, is the intellectual property of the Club. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without written permission constitutes a legal violation.

7. Changes to Terms

Twin Doves Golf Club reserves the right to update and revise these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to members by email or notice at the Club. Continued use of services after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising shall be resolved by the competent courts of Binh Duong province, Vietnam.
